How to tackle cellulite?
Cellulite is an aesthetic problem commonly defined as the “orange peel” syndrome, caused by the accumulation of fat deposits. This issue affects up to 90% of the female population, and the reasons vary – high stress levels, poor diet, and physical inactivity contribute to the development of cellulite in both slim and overweight individuals.
An anti-cellulite treatment is the first non-invasive approach that significantly improves skin elasticity due to aging and effectively reduces cellulite. The therapy with radial shockwaves remodels collagen and helps prevent fibrosclerosis.
The average duration of one treatment session is 20-25 minutes for a single body area. The dosage usually ranges from 6 to 12 sessions with an interval of 2-6 days between two sessions. The longevity of treatment effects depends on the patient’s lifestyle. It is advised that during the treatment, the patient consumes 2-3 liters of water daily and follows a low-carbohydrate diet.
